New Corrosion Inhibitor Solution For Aluminum

COBRATEC^â AL 250 is an aluminum corrosion inhibitor, and is useful in multi-metal systems of copper, brass, and steel.  In addition to protection against corrosion, COBRATEC^â AL 250 contains a non-staining additive package designed to prevent discoloration of metals in synthetic metal working fluids.

PMC Specialties Group, Inc. has developed a series of phosphonate/tolytriazole blends that will simplify product formulation and minimize the inventories that water treaters and toll blenders must keep on hand.  Combinations of phosphonates and tolyltriazole are commonly used in cooling water applications.  COBRATEC^â TT-50S (50% Sodium Tolyltriazole) is used in many cooling water applications for efficient control of copper and brass corrosion.  Individual phosphonates or combinations of effective phosphonates are used to control scale and iron corrosion.  Below are the blends PMC Specialties group has brought to market to assist water treatment companies in simplifying their blending process.
